I think its been a year or more since i picked up my camera. I haven't wanted to take photos or do anything creative for so long. I actually feel like I'm getting back into it. I've started drawing (something i didn't think i could do!) and  i feel the need to be creative! I want to make stuff whether it be by taking photos, DIY, drawing.. so on. Makes it feel like i'm myself again. I'm not optimistic though. I have a feeling this is going to go away. That scares me. It went away for so long and now that its back i know its going to go again.

So far in this semester we have done: - Colour character portraits with medium format camera. (Will upload) - Black and white negative space name..thing (Type sign symbol class) - Glassware shot (Will upload) - Black and white Rythm In Prose assignment Working on: - Tattoo Typology series (Will upload..maybe) - Small product shot with large format camera (Hate those things!) - Sense of place assignment ( Type sign symbol class, the 'place' i'm using is a tunnel) - Flash assignment BTW, not sure if i will be continuing with the photography course. We have just had a project at uni called "Domestic Bliss", where they wanted us to take photos of our "Domestic Bliss". I made a series of some origami me and my two chinese flatmates made together. I chose to photograph this because it brought me happiness, being able to see these origami figures that we (strangers living together) made together hang on the wall of our boring and bare hallway. These origami figures we made, brought me some kind of domestic bliss. So far at Uni its been quite stressfull, but also very fun. The courses i'm doing this semester are Digital Imaging, Photoimaging, Photographic practice and Modernism & Post-modern
